competition is just in 2 months time and of course training is tough now. however, i think it is just too much. anyone of us can just collapse any time. and is that what the coaches want? i can see that june holidays' training is going to be really intensive. but what if anyone of us collapse or injured ourselves? then we can't even go for competition. i just simply think that the coaches are putting too much pressure on us.

i almost broke down yesterday alright. i had been going for training continuously for 3 days, and i am simply too tired to train anymore. but i had no choice. these training sessions are draining my energy out. but coach still expect us to go every day. she wanted me to go today as well, but i didn't care. training on monday, tuesday, wednesday plus another thursday, i will really wear out. so please man! i cannot stand it. i really cannot take it. i just hope that next week's training will be better after adapting a bit to this kind of tough training.

well, isn't today a day of amanda's. amanda lau's birthday, a sports school girl who just transferred to our school this year and allocated into sports class. a sports girl that is. a really extrovert kind of girl, who makes tons of friends on the first day of school. isn't that amazing? and now, it is practically almost the whole secondary section knows her, the transferred girl from sports school who does high jump and triple jump, and broke the triple jump record. and also a girl who does artistic gymnastics. a talented girl in terms of sports, academics as well as leadership. i believe that she is performing very well in sports, and in academics, i cannot say she's the top of top, but still top, scoring almost full marks in mathematics test, just simply because of one pathetic mark that the teachers are not willing to give. in terms of leadership, i believe she has the ability to lead. she has the leadership qualities that we all agree she can be a monitor, and she will be one next semester. we all believe she can do a good job.
